The Single Workout Plan includes a personalized weekly weightlifting workout that hits all body parts as needed.  Workout updates must be purchased separately.  We recommend combining this program with a diet program.  **Discount given when combined with diet plan

The Monthly Workout Plan includes a personalized weekly full body weightlifting workout.  Bi-weekly check-ins are required.  Workout program is monitored and updated as needed.  We recommend combining this program with a diet program.  **Discount given when combined with monthly diet plan
